    Wine harvest at full maturity.
    The perfectly sorted grapes are directly pressed, with the greatest delicacy.
    The fermentation is done in thermostatically controlled steel vats.

  • Tasting

    The very pale robe, with a melon nuance, contrasts with a very bright nose and developes a whole cocktail of small red berries, white flowers and pepper.
    The mouth is very thirst-quenching and balances between a delicate pearly attack, an evident vivacity and a greedy finish in the mouth.

    This very contemporary rosé will delight aperitifs and will fit perfectly with tapenade and summer barbecue. This wine is perfect any season with any kind of casual meals.

  • Tasting

    The limpid robe, with its deep garnet and purple highlights, dresses a well-balanced wine with shades. The strong nose opens on little black fruit notes enhanced by a little bit of pepper and licorice. The mouth is fleshy, smooth but always fresh; we regain the fruity flavors supported by a tannic structure that is finely woven. The whole is generous but without ever being heavy.

    The dark robe with purple highlights has a beautiful brightness. The warm and gourmet nose, opens on raspberry and blackcurrant aromas and evolves on spicier tones. The full delightfull mouth, gives smooth tanins and offers black fruit tones with a long final marked by spices.
