Tasting notes

As a finishing touch: enhance your dishes by adding a drizzle of olive oil to your grilled vegetables, pasta, fresh cheese, Pélardon des Cévennes goat cheese, etc.
In marinades: on your meat, fish and vegetables, accompanied by basil, rosemary, tarragon and lemon.
Seasoning: mayonnaise, vinaigrettes, gently cooked sauces.
In cooking: to replace butter, for example in a vegetable cake.
